Main Plot

In Toy Story 4, Woody and the gang embark on a road trip with their new owner Bonnie. Along the way, Woody reunites with his long-lost friend Bo Peep, who introduces him to a world of adventure outside of being a toy. When Bonnie's new favorite toy, Forky, goes missing, Woody sets out to find him and discovers a whole new group of toys in an antique shop. As Woody navigates his own identity and purpose, he must make a difficult decision that will ultimately determine the fate of his friends and himself.

Ending Explained

In Toy Story 4, Woody decides to stay with Bo Peep and live a new life as a "lost toy" with her and her friends. He bids an emotional farewell to his old friends, including Buzz Lightyear, and sets off on a new adventure. Bonnie, the current owner of the toys, accepts Woody's departure and continues to play with her other toys. Woody and Bo Peep embark on a journey to help other lost toys find new owners and homes. The film ends with Woody and Bo Peep watching Bonnie play happily from a distance, content with their decision to start a new chapter in their lives.
