Main Plot

After completing three harrowing tours in Iraq, U.S. Marine Logan Thibault finds a photograph of a woman amidst the rubble and credits it with keeping him alive throughout his service. When he finally meets Beth, he keeps the story behind the photograph to himself, instead accepting a job at her family-run kennel.
