Ending Explained

In the ending of The Bugs Bunny/Road-Runner Movie, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck finally catch up with the Road Runner. However, the Road Runner manages to escape yet again, leaving Bugs and Daffy disappointed. As they walk off into the sunset, Bugs remarks that they may never catch the Road Runner, but Daffy remains hopeful and suggests they try again. The film ends with Bugs stating, "Well, what do you know? The little stinker must've run this way!"
