Ending Explained

As Shazam! reaches its climax, Billy Batson fully embraces his role as a hero and the meaning of family. After a fierce confrontation with Dr. Sivana, Billy realizes that his true strength comes not just from his magical powers, but from the support and unity of his foster siblings. By sharing his powers with them, he transforms his foster family into a team of superheroes, each gaining abilities similar to his own. Together, they outwit and defeat Sivana and the Seven Deadly Sins, saving the city from destruction. In the aftermath, Billy finally finds a sense of belonging with his foster family, accepting them as his true home after his difficult search for his biological mother ends in disappointment.
