Main Plot

A group of friends and a hitchhiker become stranded on a tourist island where they are stalked by a disfigured cannibalistic killer who is prowling the island after killing its residents.

In the ending of Anthropophagus: The Grim Reaper, a group of survivors manage to trap the cannibalistic creature on a boat, causing it to sink into the ocean. However, one survivor is left injured and unable to swim. The creature resurfaces and brutally attacks the injured survivor, seemingly victorious. The film concludes with the implication that the creature will continue its gruesome reign of terror.
